  • What sizes are available for the Poco Pack?

    • The Poco Pack is available in six standard sizes:

  • Pint Sized - 10"w x 10"l x 14"h

  • Small - 12"w x 12"l x 12"h

  • Medium - 12"w x 12"l x 16"h

  • Large - 13"w x 13"l x 18"h

  • Cockatoo Grand Royale - 15"w x 15"l x 22"h

  • Macaw Grand Royale - 15"w x 15"l x 32"h

    • It can also be custom made to your specifications.

  • Is the Poco Pack made with bird safe materials?

    • The Poco Pack is constructed with a PVC internal framework which is covered by a durable stainless steel wire mesh. The actractive out cover is a durable fabric. Food and water dishes are plastic, with quik-loc crocks being standard on the Cockatoo and Macaw Grand Royal cages. All other hardware on the pack is stainless steel for maximum safety.

    Heady Duty Perch $5.00  Heavy duty natural perch (std. on Royale series)
    Security Buckles $8.00  Adds two buckles to the back opening to deter those "escape artists" (std. on Royale series)
    Park Avenue Fabric Varies  Custom fabric upgrade
    Peek-a-Boo Top $10.00  We can add a "peek-a-boo" window, with cover, in the top of your pack
    Hiker's Delight Straps $18.00  Wider shoulder straps and the addition of a waist belt (std. on Royale series)
    Mosquito Screen $16.00  Mosquito netting to keep out pesky biting insects ($18 on Royale series)

  • How do I pay for my Poco Pack?

    • In order to keep costs low, we use PayPal for all of our payment processing. You can use PayPal through our secure shopping cart even if you do not have a PayPal account. We ask that you pay a small deposit for your pack along with the price of any options. When your pack nears completion, we will bill you for the balance due along with any shipping charges through a PayPal invoice. This balance must be paid prior to shipping your pack. We cannot do C.O.D. at this time.

  • Is my deposit refundable?

    • Because of the custom nature of each pack, the entire deposit payment, including upgrade amounts, is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order after we have started manufacturing your Poco Pack. If for some reason you cancel during the manufacturing process, we will credit your deposit amount towards the purchase of another Poco Pack for up to 90 days from the original order date.

  • How long will it take to make my Poco Pack?

    • Because each Poco Pack is custom made, it does take time to prepare your order. Our preferred order processing time is typically 2-3 weeks from date of order until ship date. Sometimes, during high volume periods, our delivery time can be approximately 4-6 weeks. If you need your pack by a specific date please contact us prior to confirm a date with you.

  • How will you ship my Poco Pack?

    • For domestic shipments we curently use FedEx ground exclusively, unless you wish to make other arrangements. We require a signature for deliveries, so shipment must be made to a location where someone can sign for your Poco Pack. All Poco Packs are insured for the full replacement cost of the pack. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Because of the varying price of fuel, FedEx charges have been varying week to week from the rates posted on our ordering page. We will make every effort to adhere to the shipping amounts posted, but actual shipping charges may vary.

  • Can I order my Poco Pack if I live outside of the United States?

    • Yes! We have shipped many Poco Packs internationally. We will work with you to determine the best and least expensive shipping method. You will be responsible for any customs charges applied by your country.
